The error I am getting is that the file can not be opened because there are problems with the contents. I have attached a screen shot of the error. I have had this problem before with other projects, but only 1 or 2. Not sure what causes it. I have checked my inputs and they seem ok. I can generate other report formats.
Janice, please load the project file that’s giving the Report error, try to generate the report, again, then send a bug report. If you don’t know how: https://optimiserenergy.com/online-support/easy-error-reporting-in-optimiser. That way, we’ll get your program log and should be able to pinpoint the problem.
