When entering the measured CFM 25 duct leakage for the delivery system should the duct leakage cfm 25 field in the performance detail auto-populate in the perfomance detail tab?  Or do I have to enter the data in both fields?  (first three screenshots)

What does the “Energy Property Value b”  represent when editing/adding a custom insulation improvement? (last screenshot)

The duct leakage on the main screen is “leakage to outside”, whereas the the control on the performance details popup is “total leakage”. Total leakage is not useful for modelling, but some auditors measure it an wish to record it.  If you are not using it, then you do not need to fill out that control.

There are two energy properties (A & B) that can be used in the specification of data base items.  Each property is described with three columns: the first is a description, the second a value, and the third a unit for the value.  For the case in your screen shot (attic insulation), Energy Property B is the “R/in” for the insulation.  Energy Property A is “Nominal Fill Insulation R-value”.  A measure that specifies the “Nominal Fill Insulation R-value”, must also specify a “R/in”, so that total thickness can be calculated.
