We are an electric only utility and as such I will often not find dual fuel heating. So what do I do with “fuel”? in the scrape mode? After filling in the “Electric bills” data and clicking upload, I just get this message box and it wont load the information to the utility data form.
I inserted a screen shot but it disappeared after submitting. This is frustrating.
You should be able to enter only Electric bills in the lower table of the Scrape popup and import them without problem. Make sure that you have all columns labeled correctly using the dropdown lists at the top (with no duplicate labels in blank columns) and that you have a Date and Usage column. If you still encounter an error, click the red ! button to submit an error report.
