If you’re having trouble finding your images in the “image picker” or “report generator” dialogues in OptiMiser, check to see if where you’re storing the images is a network drive.
A network drive is a storage device that is not physically part of your computer but accessed via your local network. Sometimes these drives are set up such that your Windows user may have access to the images via the Windows Explorer, but OptiMiser is denied access.
To get around this, “map” the network drive to your PC. This creates a more stable folder on your computer that should be accessible by OptiMiser. Here’s an article on mapping network drives: https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/map-network-drive-windows-10
After the network drive is mapped, you should be able to find it and access your images from OptiMiser.
