We just switched from Snugg to OptiMiser, and I have a ton of rebates I need to file for customers. Especially this month, we have and continue to be very busy. Are there any helpful hints/tips you might be able to provide in order to make the transition a little smoother for me? (I would need to do things like model shade screens, duct seal, insulation improvements for a retrofit XML file)
