In the Report Content section, there are editable text fields that are green. Some users have found that when they attempt to type in these fields, the existing text disappears. This is caused by clicking once, and not actually being inside the field. If you click once on the field and start typing, the existing text will be overwritten. If you do this, and you have not exited the text field, you can hit Esc and the text should reappear (you will have to double click the field to be able to edit it again). Double clicking will take you inside the field where you can edit the existing text.
