upgrade DHW- no heat pumps & tech data

I do not see any heat pump option in the upgrade choices for DWH

They only appear, when the improved Fuel is set to Electric. If the existing systems in not Electric, then you will have to go to the detailed screen to change the improved Fuel.

It sounds like it would be a good idea for us to add the Improved Fuel control to the simple screen.
