Diet Pills For Effective Weight Loss

I've just recently lost 3 stone, which is fantastic however, I just have a few more pounds to lose and I'm finding it truly difficult to shift that last little bit of weight. I've been having a glance into the various lose weight pills to identify which could be the foremost suitable to help me. I'd rather do it myself but I've been eating sensibly and exercising a lot however, I just cannot seem to lose more fat and am also running from inspiration a little bit too.
It's a bit annoying as I really want to feel like I have done all of it by myself but better to get it done with help than not undertake it at all and I have a marriage ceremony to go to soon and yes it would be great if I could be at the target alpilean weight loss of mine for that. I have experimented with working out though it is a lot of work that is hard and it is not making a substantial impact - I imagine that is since you cannot turn body fat into muscle although you can burn up fat by training hard and also toning the muscles may just hold the weight in a tad but will not eliminate it altogether.
