APS Forms

While in the field. I attempted to generate the APS Home Performance application from the OptiMiser “APS” tab. The customer signed the form but since I was unable to save a copy of the application (protected file: adobe will not allow) I put my tablet on hibernate mode until I could get to the office to print out the form. I recieved the attached error message when I tried to print the form from the office. Would you be able to “unlock” the forms so that the client can sign the form electronically and we would be able to save a copy for reporting purposes?

I’ve never seen that message before about it being protected. Please email to set up a time when we can look at it together. Hopefully we can figure out what setting in Adobe Reader is causing it! I’ll Google around a bit in the meantime.
