Posting this on behalf of people posing questions to Support Desk.

What is the correct way to handle the Pitch, Rise and Run specifications for the attic space? For example, entering 0 for Run seems to be allowed – should Run be set to 0 when Pitch=0 (flat attic roof)?

For Attics, the pitch is intended to represent the pitch of the thermal boundary (e.g. the attic floor). In the vast majority of cases, the pitch and rise will be zero. One exception to this is a scissor truss roof. We consider this to be an “Attic” because there is an open buffer space above the insulation layer.
