Partial foundation insulation

In full basement, the foundation wall is half insulated with fiberglass in finished portion, and half not insulated in non finished portion. I want improvement to be insulate the rest with foam board. How do I input this?

Also, where do I download the manual? Does it help with this type of questions.

You can print the manual (or save it as pdf) by going to the Setup/Manual tab and pressing the Print button. This particular topic has not been added to the manual, but many others are covered.

Most of the manual has been linked to appropriate tabs/pages of the wizard. This enables access to the contextually appropriate sections, be pressing F1 when your mouse is not hovering over any particular control.
