Stop Financing on APS Rebate form?

Can we stop the auto fill of customer name in the financing section of the APS rebate form?

This is something that we would require a program wide change. Can you explain why this would be desirable?

When you say “stop auto fill of customer name”, do you mean the printed name in the form or the signature?

Yes as well as our company name.  We should not enter the customer name in this section of the form unless they are actually going to finance the work.

We just released an update to our beta users that resolves this by making the printed entries variable depending on the financing checkbox on the forms popup, and by enabling a skip feature for the signature fields. Now each signature is applied separately, and you can choose to not sign.
