I have a related question: Is there a way to model an attic improvement of converting a vented, unconditioned attic to an enclosed conditioned attic with the roof deck as the air barrier with spray foam insulation?

It will not be an occupied space. In our climate and in the majority of our housing stock, this conversion has an added benefit of bringing the duct work and air handler into conditioned space.

In going through the steps you have outlined, at step #4, are you saying that the Mass Wall values are editable by the user?

If that is correct, we are not able to make any changes to the table, only the Est. Assembly R-value below the table.

Please see the attached with the screen shot.

In addition, we are modeling an 8-inch concrete block wall, not a 12-inch.

    Thanks.

Example: Windows can be replaced or shade screens installed. We would like to be able to show the savings for both solutions; perhaps in two different packages.

Please provide an example, since the percentages are in number of lights, not amount of energy used per light.  So if a home has 100 lamps, of which 25 are currently 13 Watt CFLs, and we want to recommend that 10 75 Watt incandescent lamps be replaced with 9 Watt LEDs . . . reducing the number of recommended CFLs to 8 (80% of the number of lamps) increases the end value of the amount of energy used.  Or, how do we input 10 CFLs be replaced with 10 LEDs?

    Thanks!
